Best Mediterranean Restaurants in North Scituate

When contemplating a restaurant for my birthday, Assados was my first choice. Boy, was I not disappointed! The food was exceptional, the waitress (Elizabeth) very accommodating for changes in the menu, and the ambience very friendly for a sweet get together with close friends. The fireplace was warm and inviting as well. Clearly the owners take pride in their restaurant and staff. It’s a gem!

Food was outstanding and service was efficient and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dinner for a nice occasion or just a bite to eat out in Smithfield. Great experience!

99% of everything was great. We stopped into doorway about 10 min before our reservation and could hear the host saying we better not f-ing come in before 4. Which we only did to double check our reservation time because it was so cold out and the sign on the door said open at 4:30 so I panicked. I was in the restaurant industry for over a decade so I get it, but FYI your door is not sound proof. So maybe just say it to yourself.

We went to dinner prior to an event at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), which is about 6 blocks away. The food is phenomenal, not over priced for what you get. We had the Veal Parmesan and the Pasta Bolognese, both which were fabulous! The drinks from the bar were terrific - ice cold martini's. They have valet parking, and a coat check room. They also have a limo service to take you to and from PPAC for the show. What a wonderful experience!

I’m saddened that Chapel Grille has closed but they gave us a great last meal there! Chapel Grille will be missed!
