Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Silverado

We were so excited to visit Splashes since the remodel and we were pleasantly impressed! We started with a cocktail in the new lobby lounge that overlooks the ocean. What an outstanding use of this location that use to be hotel suites. Next it was on to Splashes where we were met by Julian (from Paris) who found us a marvelous table overlooking the picturesque sunset. Julian is a great ambassador for the hotel and Splashes. Our Waiter was Patrick from Buenos Aires, Patrick and his server Jose have been with the hotel for years and were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We started with the lobster bisque, this is a must have when visiting Splashes, it was outstanding! Our dinner was beautifully presented and delicious. I had the sea bass special for the evening, it was tender and buttery and it melted in my mouth. My wife had the halibut which was also outstanding. We ended the evening with a shared Baked Alaska, it was the perfect sweet treat to complete this great evening. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our experience at Surf and Sands Splashes. We will be back very soon!

The service and food were over the top amazing. This was our first time there and starting from the salad to the martini to the dessert, we had an incredible Valentines Day dinner. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for a great date night for me and my fiance. In case you're wondering what we had it was as follows: Incredible dinner salad. I mean when the salad is this good you can only imagine what the food will be like. We then had an incredibly juicy lamb burger and meatloaf. Both were a wow experience. Then we topped everything off with the Ridiculous Sundae and yes it was ridiculously delicious. Put this place on your bucket list.

My 3rd year going to this beautiful Greek Restaurant, my girlfriend has been going for 35+ years. Her parents Greek heritage and knew the entire family well. On Birthdays, anniversaries, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, many many restaurant, dinners, and lunches.

First time at Zov's in Tustin for dinner. The pistachio-crusted sea bass was spectacular. Companions both had the filet, medium, which was fork tender and served with a delicious sauce. The martinis were also excellent. After dinner, we moved to the bar and ordered the butter cake with ice cream and berry sauce to share. One of the best desserts I've ever had. Service in both the restaurant and bar were friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

I have been going to Rosine's since 1988. It is my "go to" place to eat. The food is fantastic and has retained it's consistency for all these many years. I cannot remember a year that I have not eaten at Rosine's at least 6 times. The service is always excellent and the wine list is very very good. If you have never been.....treat yourself to great Mediterranean cuisine....you will not regret it!
