The risotto was simply exquisite, cooked to perfection with a creamy texture and rich, well-balanced flavors. The highlight, however, was the lobster — prepared with such skill and attention to detail that every bite was a delight. The freshness of the seafood and the artistry in the presentation truly set this dish apart. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable. We went for al-a-carte as opposed to tasting but I would love to go back for the tasting menu next time as tables beside us looked fantastic as well. The food was amazing - every sauce, spice, combination and texture were very well put together. The walnut and mushroom ketchup with tempura mushrooms and the scallops were highlights. Service was also great, accommodated us slightly earlier and gave us a little birthday treat at the end which was a lovely touch. The steak tartare was exceptional and the steak perfectly cooked along with the pumpkin side. And the seabass.
