Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Hampton Wick

Absolutely fantastic food, ambience and service. Many thanks to Joseph who looked after us this evening

For fish- lovers , this restaurant is for them. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. There are are a range of tables of all sizes. During warm weather , the outside terrace is great for a perfect view of the river. We had a very attentive waiter , and he served us a range of small and large plates. The grilled seabream was perfect : very crispy on the outside and with succulent flesh , also good was the fried haddock. This was our fourth visit and we intend to return to try the prawns.

First visit here. Great service and delicious food as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere. I'll be back.

Great location, lovely table and generally a nice evening. Food was tasty but the portions were small. We asked for bread but it didn't come. We would have left hungry had we not ordered 2 cheese boards and pudding. While eating the front door kept opening of its own accord and we were blasted with cold air. We kept shutting the door but it continued all evening. After our meal we asked to stay for a final drink and the waiter said we could so long as the group in the function room were still eating/drinking. The waiter then changed his mind and told us we could no longer order a drink and he had told the function they we not allowed more wine. An abrupt end to our night and a shame. I don't normally leave a review but I feel I would want to know if I owned Mezzet Dar Tapas.
