He was very knowledgeable about the food and drink options, and gave great pairing recommendations. The ambiance was wonderful and the meal was outstanding. Be prepared to be impressed, since it was indeed a michelin star restaurant experience for us. If you're on a budget with dining out, this place is not for you. They definitely spent time in crafting the menu and doing research on it. Presentation was remarkable. We appreciate this place, very much.
