This time may have been our favorite, best of any sushi restaurant we have visited in the world. Kudos to Chef T and Kane (I know I didn’t spell those right) for guiding us through a delicious journey of the UME menu. Fell in love with the Tasmanian Trout and Hamachi Belly! Yum yum yum! To Scott for the Ume Cocktail recommendation…I’M A CONVERT! Delectable cocktail you can enjoy year round! CHEERS! See you all again SOON!More infoUme Sushi HeightsPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Heights / Washington•4.7

The experience shows and is why you should try it out.More infoMF SushiPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Museum District•4.9
- AAndreaHouston •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoHuge variety of nigiri, cold and hot plates! If you have not dined here before, be sure to ask the staff for recommendations. There’s a menu that’s always offered with a rotating seasonal/as-available side menu. Kama toro is to die for and the wagyu or uni risotto is a must order.More infoSoto - HoustonPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Montrose•4.8

When you walk in, it’s like being in Tokyo. A real neighborhood gem!More infoTeppayPrice: Expensive• Sushi• Westside•4.9
