My Husband Had Salmon and it was Outstanding. (Needed a little more salt and less pepper) I had the Land and Sea and the steak was cooked perfectly (Over peppered) and the Scallops were a little under cooked but overall good. We Love Benihanas.

Masu Sushi has excellent sushi and great main plates. The fish is so fresh and delicious. Last night we enjoyed albacore with miso, so velvety and luscious. The yellowtail collar was outstanding. Not a dish we had before, we were surprised by how much fish there was and how delicious too.

We adore Portland sushi and by far; Momoyama is our absolute favorite for many reasons. The fish is the freshest ; the atmosphere is fun and relaxed ; service is perfect .. you never feel rushed or intimidated . Our Itamar last visit ,Lamon, was incredible ! He explained the different flavors the sashimi fishes , their names and above all was so great in his presentation .

While the sushi was good (I can’t give an accurate accounting because I’m coming off sinusitis), what I wanted to laude was the delicious cocktail (freshest strawberry flavor), the really nice server, and the tasty dessert (pistachio ricotta cake).
