- CChrisNew Jersey •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI’ve only experienced sushi at the all you can eat places with the little paper and pencil to circle your choices of various rolls This was sushi on another level completely. A personal experience like I’ve never…well…experienced! Miso cod and Japanese scallop (insert chef’s kiss here) Will definitely be back If Carmen is there, you’re in for a treatMore infoSushi by Bou - Hoboken NJ @ W HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Jersey City•4.8

It was my friends birthday and she is allergic to soy and sesame but LOVES seafood/fish. So we went here and they accommodated for EVERYTHING. Grant was the best, so understanding and didn’t question a thing. He also checked for everything in case of her allergy. Felt like a celebrity lol! Food was the best. Vibe was very chill was upscale. Loved!More infoNami Nori West VillagePrice: Expensive• Japanese• Greenwich Village•4.8

But otherwise we loved the experience. Our fav dish- the tartare, followed by the truffle mushroom pasta, the waygu flight of three, and the hit me chocolate cake, in that order. Would go back again.More infoCatch New YorkPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Meatpacking District•4.5
- RRasheenNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoBlu on The Hudson is arguably the best restaurant I have ever visited. From the moment you pull up to valet service until the time you leave, it offers an exceptional experience. On January 3, 2025, I had dinner with a few friends, and the food was outstanding. There were eight of us, and we ordered various appetizers, entrées, and sides. I couldn't find anything negative about the food; everything tasted amazing. However, I did have my favorites. The "Thick Cut Wagyu Bacon," slow-cooked with a soy caramel glaze, is absolutely to die for. For my main course, I enjoyed the Wagyu Tomahawk, paired with whipped potatoes and truffle cream spinach. As a finishing touch, I had truffle butter drizzled over my Tomahawk. As I mentioned, I was there with a group of friends on January 3, 2025. The ambiance, service (specifically from Letty and Amber), drinks, and food prompted me to make a reservation for a date night with my wife the next night, January 4, 2025. Guess what? Blu on The Hudson didn't disappoint. Our waitress, Victoria, was excellent! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and made our evening flawless. After dinner, she had the valet retrieve our vehicle, just as Amber and Letty had done the previous night. I can't wait to return to Blu on The Hudson; it's a perfect choice whether you're looking for a date night or a relaxed outing with friends.More infoBlu on the HudsonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Weehawken•4.7
