Best Japanese Restaurants in Bellagio Hotel & Casino

Service: Reservation at 6:00pm. Checked in at 5:45pm. Allowed in at 6:01pm. Receptionists were accommodating. Waiter provided a brief description of dishes when asked. Checked in often. Attentive and patient. Servers described in greater detail the dishes they bring to the table. Food: Miso soup had two thin tofu slices garnished with diced chives. Moderately hot. Sea bass with black bean sauce was homey. Topped with ginger slices and chives. Black bean sauce was great over rice. Black cod with miso was delicate and velvety. Miso glaze was mildly sweet and savory. Black cod melted with every bite. Shrimp with spicy garlic sauce was well-seasoned. Shrimp had a perfect bouncy texture. Cucumber salad with crab had a zesty vinaigrette. Pickled radish wrapped around the crab was a refreshing bite. Cleansed the palate. Vanilla Miso Tart was creamy and delightful. Bento Box: Dark chocolate lava cake had an accompaniment of a variety of berries. A perfect balance of bitter and sweet. Ambience: Warm lighting Moderate chatter R&B/pop music

The food was amazing, so so tasty. From the avocado tempura to the Peking duck, the sushi to the Lobster rice - everything was outstanding. Service was excellent and we were seated quickly.Loud music adds to a nightclubby atmosphere, but not too loud that you can’t easily have conversations. Highly recommend.

I sat out in the terrace there you have a VIP view of the Bellagio fountain which was the main reason why I ate at this place. That was spectacular to see from that angle! Regarding the restaurant, everything else was perfect the wait time was inexistent as I was assigned a table immediately. The waiter was friendly and the food was very tasty just way overpriced but I guess you pay for the location more than the real cost of the food. Overall a great experience!

Nobu in Paris Las Vegas is excellent. Food, drinks, and ambiance are authentic and high quality. Service was attentive, courteous, informative, and efficient, all under the watchful eye of the head chef and culturally Japanese in every detail. The only criticism is our waiter walked away without looking us in the eye when thanking us after we paid and tipped generously.

The hostess was not that friendly and we had to wait 40 min past our reservation time.
