- BBoydLittle Rock •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHaving lived in Southern Africa for 25 years, this place was like "coming home!" The bobotie and sosaties were an amazing start! The halibut on coconut rice was absolutely delicious! Only thing missing on menu was butternut squash. Our waiter, Andres, was exceptional!More infoThe Cape Restaurant & Beach BarPrice: Expensive• American• Alpharetta•4.6

My filet mignon, scallops , and shrimp were cooked to perfection. The sushi was fresh and beautiful and delicious! The drinks were strong. Must try the Red Skyline! It was busy but not crowded. Great date for lovers, friends, and family!More infoFumi Hibachi and Sushi BarPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Duluth•4.6
- MMarkVIPAtlanta Metro •32 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe new management team has this location running extremely well. They have cured most of the things I'd hear people complain about, like long wait times, service below standards, even some who said the food wasn't good or cooked properly. As a loyalist who has been coming to this location since 2006, I understand the complaints. Let me respond to each one with my OPINION. As for long wait times, make a reservation. This will significantly reduce your wait time. There are times when you won't get seated exactly at your reservation time because so many people just walk in. I have witnessed this myself on occasions. They will tell walk ins that it's a 2 hour wait, and guess what? Most of them wait because the food is worth the wait! As for service, every restaurant struggles with servers and chefs (or cooks). This location has made a concerted effort to attract BETTER servers, with much success. The complaints of poor service are usually at extremely high volume times. If you've never been a server, don't fault them as many are running like crazy to keep up. If this is a trigger for you, consider a time that isn't the most busy. The food is prepped in the back and carted for the chefs. They have several chefs who are excellent. Jason, Devante, and Rigoberto, so request one of them. I've personally seen people complain about their food to get their meal for free. Back in the day, this restaurant gave free meals to these "gamers" at will, and you know who you are. I can't tell you how many repeat diners I've seen do this. No more because the food is prepared, how you ask for it, and it's delicious. So, stop knocking this place, take some of my suggestions, and enjoy the food and drinks. Hats off to the management team once again!More infoBenihana - Alpharetta, GAPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Alpharetta•4
