Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. We are locals and thought we would try this new sushi restaurant. Surprisingly , it was a fantastic experience. Since it is in the Green Valley Ranch Casino, I was expecting the usual high price and mediocre food. This was anything but. I had the sashimi platter with 12 pieces of the freshest and best fish available. We also had the wagyu steak and a side order of the wild mushroom fried rice. We even shared a green tea creme brulee for dessert. Our server Deja was incredibly friendly, upbeat and so professional that it made the experience wonderful. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Outstanding in every way. Creative cocktails and a good wine selection. Our table chose the pmakase option and we loved everything that was served from presentation to taste. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ray, our bartender and server, was wonderful and attentive. He knows hospitality in the truest sense and as locals we truly appreciate his professionalism as it has become harder to find these days. Kudos to Ray.
