- KKristinChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe dined here after our race for a pasta dinner. This was packed and busy. We had a reservation and arrived early. We were promptly seated at our reservation time, and our hostess and wait staff were all very nice and courteous. We did have to wait a bit for water, but once the hostess realized that we weren’t attended to for some time (again it was pretty busy) she was very apologetic and got us some water. Our waiter Kobe, the Italian Mamba, was very polite, friendly, and funny. He took care of us. We had house bread with oil and vinegar (which was nice) brought over, and again there were apologies for the wait. We ordered the garlic bread, spaghetti and meatballs, and the shrimp Alfredo- everything was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and evening.More infoMaggiano's - Las VegasPrice: Moderate• Italian• Paradise•4.6
- JJohnDallas - Fort Worth •10 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWhen we arrived the restaurant was very busy. We had to wait about 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. While we waited, we found a seat at the bar and ordered drinks. The bartender was nice and made us two very good Old Fashions. Once seated, our waitress and the staff did an excellent job of taking care of us. Our waitress provided great advice on options for the meal. Their famous meatball was very good along with the garlic bread and dipping sauces. The only drawback was the expediter forgot to bring spoons for the three different sauces. We split a salad and then each had a good pasta meal. The final touch was a wonderful slice of cake for my birthday celebration. All in all it was a wonderful experience!!More infoLAVO Italian Restaurant - Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Italian• The Venetian and Palazzo•4.5
- CCarolineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoPortions are huge. We had the shrimp appetizer (it was okay), the caprese salad (super yummy), and the daily special which was gnocchi with chicken in a basil pesto cream (drool worthy…..so gooooood). Wish we had a microwave in our hotel room because we had so much leftovers. We were a party of 3, but could have fed an additional 2 people. Great for large parties, but if you go with less than 4 people, definitely share 1 entree, trust me, it’s definitely more than enough. Staff and servers were exceptional. Would recommend with no hesitations.More infoCarmine's - Las VegasPrice: Moderate• Italian• Forum Shops at Caesars•4.7
- TTiffany1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoReally good food here without the stiff robotic typical Vegas “fine dining staff.” If you’ve been visiting Vegas a while you know service isn’t what people envision of Vegas of the 90’s; the unfortunate new normal. But Allegro is a solid choice amongst a sea of namesake high-end venues. Despite the notes on the reservation stating it was my birthday my server never mentioned it. I was dressed up and everything. Didn’t ask if I was celebrating or what brought me in. Again, I’m not a fan of hyper-active servers but no introduction other than “Hi I’m your server and we have some specials” was not his best in my opinion. I had to remind the server assistant that it was a birthday and he then brought a treat. I remembered the server from my last visit, but he didn’t remember me—Even in the same section. Other than that service was acceptable and food was quite fresh and fairly flavorful. Also, the drink from the bartender that night was on point. Many Vegas bartenders don’t know how to properly make espresso martinis but mine was perfect. The manager dresses as if she is going to a front row Versace fashion show (I think she is Italian) and runs her restaurant quite well. The number of Maitre’Ds however, seemed excessive for the evening: a lady and gent periodically wondering around aimlessly, not seating anyone. Hostesses are usually pleasant. My hope is that they would read the reservation notes next time, because if not what’s the point of a reservation.More infoAllegro - Wynn Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Italian• Wynn Las Vegas and Encore•4.6
