Best Italian Restaurants in Taylorsville

We came as a couple for a Valentine’s Day date. Service was quick and friendly. We love Brio and I always get the Pasta allá Vodka. So delicious. My husband ordered the sausage Carbonara, and while it was tasty, there were chunks of something that were tough and unchewable. But we will come back. Lobster bisque is always a winner.

The service and food were both excellent! Their current location appears to be temporary as they are working out of their commissary. According to Franscesco who was our server, they are still in the process of transitioning from food trucks to a restaurant. We will definitely keeping an eye on their progress because we can't wait to see what they can do when they are fully established in a permanent location.

Excellent pizza and friendly service. Nothing over the top. Good prices and great food without any fuss. We loved it and so did our 8-year old daughter.

This was our first visit at Sicilia Mia, and it did not disappoint!! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are incredibly friendly and amazing! Our waiter Stein made the visit feel welcoming and he did such an amazing job. We will definitely come back, and we definitely recommend going here for some very tasty Italian food. Thank you for making our Valentine's dinner special!!

We love coming to Matteo’s. We were finally able to visit their new location in downtown Salt Lake City and it is beautiful. It’s bigger than their first location but still has all the charm and familiarity. I am really touched by their ability to make you feel like a special guest. I love seeing familiar faces and the fact that they remember you is really heart warming and something a lot of restaurants don’t prioritize as part of the dining experience. The food was outstanding, as usual. We love getting the steak special whenever it is available. It really is one of the best steaks in Utah (and I’ve been to just about every steakhouse here). Of course though, the pasta is always delicious and their desserts are usually something I never pass on.
