- EEugeneSt. Louis •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent food and service. The martini we had only filled 3/4s of the glasses. We felt a little short-changed on the drinks. However, the glasses of Chardonay we had were excellent. We had the mussels, the Mayfair salad, and the Linguine Vongole (linguini and clams). The mussels in a creams sauce were excellent as there was only one unopened mussel. The three pieces of toast for dipping in the sauce was a good way to enjoy the sauce once the mussels were gone. The waiter and busing staff were friendly and professional. All in all, a very good Valentines Day celebration.More infoMadrinaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Webster Groves•4.5
- RRonaldSt. Louis •29 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was Valetine's Day and they were well prepped to service a largenumber of people. We made a reservation well in advance and asked to be seated in the "rear area" separated from the bar area -- which is usually quieter. We eat there about 2-3 times each year, for apecial occasions like a birthday, anniversary, etc. The food is always excellent They had their full menu available on Valentines Day, with a couple of special items added. Our waiter was very attentive without hovering -and was very friendly. We went with the 4-course tasting menu. We highly recommend the beet salad and the egg raviolo for the first two courses. The homemade pastas are also great. With one quartino of white wine and iced tea, our total for the evening was about $215 a couple of "upgrades" in the tasting menu and including tip. It's a bit of a pricy place, but well worth it for a treat!More infoAceroPrice: Expensive• Italian• Maplewood•4.9
- LLauraVIPSt. Louis •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI love this place but tables are so close together sometimes you feel like you are having conversations with people on both sides of you! I understand why they do this but if you want to have a private conversation don’t go here! The food is outstanding!More infoO+O PizzaPrice: Moderate• Pizzeria• Webster Groves•4.9
