- LLisaLos Angeles •95 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoInitially we had a problem when we checked in. We had requested to be seated inside and they told us it was "first come, first served." The manager came over and was lovely. He comped us on glasses of wine and was able to find us a table inside in a reasonable amount of time. Our dinner was delicious. Our server was great. It's very noisy, but that's the vibe. We loved our meal and will definitely come back.More infoCasalénaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Woodland Hills•4.6

- EEvanVIPLos Angeles •31 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent food and friendly, attentive service are the hallmarks of this longstanding neighborhood standout. The fairly large, varied menu includes a good selection of appetizers, salads and soups, as well as pasta dishes, risotto, pizzas (including a luxurious Tartuffo with shaved fresh truffle) and full-blown Italian entrees like chicken piccata or milanesa, steaks and lamb. Additionally, there is a deep menu of daily specials, and so everyone should be able to build themselves an enjoyable and satisfying meal. The well-tended bar offers an excellent cocktail program, and their extensive wine list should please any oenophile. Desserts are equally creative, including bread pudding, panna cotta, a banana Nutella tart, and a weekends-only tiramisu, among a number of others. This is a stellar Italian restaurant with a friendly staff and a busy-but-comfortable vibe. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation to visit soon.More infoPanzanella RistorantePrice: Expensive• Italian• Sherman Oaks•4.7
- AAnneLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoBacari is in a location that was once a French restaurant called “Rive Gauche.” It was a favorite of my mother’s and mine for twenty years. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see this reopen. It's a beautiful venue with gorgeous facilities, bringing back many great memories for me. I cannot say enough about my personal experience being there, but the food and service were excellent, and, of course, you cannot beat this location. I've already told three of my friends I'm taking them there. I lost my mother a couple of months ago, so it's poignant, but I know how much she would've loved seeing it now. Thank you, Bacari.More infoBacari Sherman OaksPrice: Expensive• Italian• Sherman Oaks•4.7
- AandreaVIPLos Angeles •12 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024Everything was exceptional—the food and service were top-notch. However, I ordered the flat iron steak and, unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan and won't be ordering it again. It had a strange flavor, almost like it was marinated in wine or something that didn’t sit well with me. I still ate it for two reasons: I was with my team and didn’t want to make a fuss. But I couldn’t quite place that flavor—no amount of salt could mask it. That said, everything else was fantastic. The calamari was perfectly fried and seasoned. The cheese bread—delicious! And my wedge salad? Wow, you guys loaded it up, and I truly appreciated that! Just the steak I couldn’t finish. Thank you, and happy holidays!More infoThe Ramp Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Italian• North Hollywood•4.7
