The cut, flavor, temperature and seasoning were the best I’ve ever had at Rosebud tonight. Two skirt steak that definitely outshined prior visits to Morton’s, Gibson’s and RPM. The meal started with the crowd pleasing chopped salad. Loaded with cubed vegetables. We ended with delish banana cream pie. Thank you for the spectacular meal tonight!

Food was very good, many had the Giardinera chicken, they loved it. I had the Almond crusted whitefish very light. All enjoyed what they ordered. Waiter could have been a bit more welcoming. What can you do! Overall very good.

My gawd we ordered so many things from the menu. The buffalo mozzarella, fired calamari, bruschetta special and mussels were outstanding. Entrees were phenomenal and portioned generously. We had to sit at a high top at the bar and waited 20 minutes after our reservation time, but they were so apologetic and kind! I can hardly wait to return!!

This is our second visit to Del Rio and we were so excited to return. This time around, the food was much less impressive. Wait staff was perfect, responsive and friendly. Menu was limited due to special events in the main dining area, which was fine as our preferred order was on the limited menu. Disappointing.
