Best Italian Restaurants in Gunbarrel

One of my favorite places but unfortunately I ordered their Cioppino (1st time) and came down with foodpoisoning 4 hours later. Due to shelf life of shell fish and this stew is a ’left over’ concept, this can happen. But disappointing. Never again with thar item.

Food, service ambience were all outstanding. Don’t really appreciate the automatic 22% (living wage) gratuity (ours was a table of 4) with the implied suggestion to tip even more. Probably would have left 22% anyway as the whole dining experience was outstanding. Just not what I want to see as I’m getting ready to depart. I still wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. I’ll be back.

Thor was an awesome server. Very kind, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, and was very versed on when/when not to come by. It made for a wonderful experience for my fiancée’s 29th birthday.

Every time we’re in Boulder we come to this place. Never had a better pizza!

I was there for lunch with a dear friend to celebrate her birthday. We chose a few appetizers to share as we like to eat small plates. the brussel sprouts were nicely charred and seasoned, the calamari crisp not chewy, the meatballs large and meaty not spongy. Our waiter CJ was attentive, fun and efficient. I would go again for sure!
