- KKathleenCleveland / Akron / Canton •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI took my husband here for his birthday. It was very pretty inside but really loud. The music was too much and it felt a little overwhelming to have an intimate dinner. However, the food and service were absolutely impeccable. First of all, I am gluten and dairy intolerant. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful as I navigated the menu. We ordered the gluten free bread service which was so delicious. Then, the martini salad, which the server split for us, hubby's had cheese, mine without. Hubby ordered Lasagna. He said it may have been the best Lasagna he had ever eaten. I ordered the chicken picatta with a side of gluten free pasta with arrabiatta sauce. Let me tell you, these two dishes were absolutely to die for. Their gluten free pasta is some sort of magic. It is tender and so close to normal pasta you'll think they're lying! We finished with the gluten free pistachio cake and the creme Brule for hubby. Both were extremely good. Overall, this is one of the best dining experiences I've had with my dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend.More infoMartini Modern ItalianPrice: Expensive• Italian• Short North - Arena District•4.7

Decorated like a ski lodge, it was a great atmosphere, and the cocktails were very good and unique. Our server Michael was fantastic. Highly recommend a trip here before the Chalet goes away until next Christmas.More infoForno Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• American• Short North - Arena District•4.7

We were celebrating my daughter choosing a wedding dress and this was the right choice. My daughter-in-law is gluten free and our server went the extra mile to guide her through the menu. She was also very knowledgeable about wine and so helpful with our choices. She helped make it a great evening!More infoMarcella's - Short NorthPrice: Moderate• Italian• Short North - Arena District•4.8

- JJeffWest Virginia •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoTony's Italian Restaurant exceeded all expectations with its wonderful ambiance, attentive service, and absolutely amazing food. Our server was incredibly patient, giving us the perfect balance of time to talk while checking in just when we needed her. The Bruschetta Pomodoro was a delightful start, with fresh tomatoes and basil on perfectly toasted bread. For mains, the Spinach and Cheese Cannelloni was divine, filled with fresh spinach, ricotta, and parmesan, and baked to perfection with twin sauces of marinara and béchamel. Tony’s Fettuccine was another highlight, featuring homemade pasta topped with shrimp, scallops, and surimi crab meat, all enveloped in a rich Alfredo sauce—it was worth every penny of the $18.95 We paired the meal with a crisp Pinot Grigio from Folonari, which complemented the flavors beautifully. Tony's truly delivered an exceptional dining experience.More infoTony's Italian RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• German Village•4.7
