Best Italian Restaurants in Pflugerville

I loved the lobster tails, scampi style & thought the pasta was a wonderful accompaniment. Also the chopped salad was crisp & had the perfect amount of salad dressing. The only downer was the red fish crudo. The main flavor was an overwhelming lime taste. It would've been much better in a "tears of the tiger" sauce or with some wasabi to make it more sushi-like. Serving it with crackers would help also and the avocados were unsalted. I've tried almost the whole Red Ash menu - the crudo is my least favorite dish. Try any of the other appetizers instead!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server Waleed was amazing! His attention to our table was incredible and he helped to ensure that our dinning experience was one of the best we had during our stay.

We love this place the food was so fresh and our server was great. Our food took a while but they were super busy and did a great job keeping us informed and very apologetic. I would definitely keep coming back!

We sat outside on a crisp evening. Patio heaters were perfect. Ambiance was magical Christmas outside where children played on the open turf on the lighted courtyard. Appetizers were on point. Drinks were fabulous. Main courses well presented and flavorful. A nice evening to celebrate our new grad!
