Our only complaint, is our food was very slow to come out. But that seems to be the norm now everywhere. And it was a Friday night. Had reservations at 6pm & tickets for a show down the street at 8pm. So we allowed a little over an hour to eat. 2 appetizers took about 30 minutes to come out & entrees it was after 7pm. So not really anytime left to sit back & enjoy the delicious food. Actually had to ask for the check when they bought out the entrees in order to make the show. But we would definitely go back again! Just allow more time or not have something planned for later. Haha!More infoStorico Fresco Alimentari e RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Buckhead•4.7
- MmichaelOrange County •13 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAs a European who has spent a LOT of tin Italy, the food is spot on.. almost authentic and def delicious! It is potentially the best Italian food I have ever had in the US including in LA, Vegas, Austin and NYC. Service is impeccable!!! Ambience is pleasant but EXTREMELY LOUD!!! Wine list is good and the restaurant is very receptive to dietary allergies… BRAVO!!!!!More infoYeppa & CoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Buckhead•4.7
- AArletteAtlanta Metro •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOMG! I would like to the young at the door. Though I had reservations, my friend guy was so back and forth to sitting. I was celebrating my birthday and we decided to sit at the bar. Thanks Janae who was awesome and the entire staff. However, I paid for my birthday Cheesecake which was the first in 60 years. LOL! Overall, the food was great. Thanks Janae for the birthday mix drink. Thank you for your service.More infoGranaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Buckhead•4.5
- AAllisonvipAlabama •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis special long-standing neighborhood trattoria is such a wonderful friendly positive experience—especially on the dismal rainy night I are there this Monday evening. I was alone, but the caring service and happy atmosphere of neighborhood patrons made me feel so welcome and part of the dining experience. Atlanta is a town of many fine start-up restaurants—but sadly a lot are gone within a year or more. Tavola has offered a VERY fine dining experience for years now—and a true welcome to the diner who cares about great Italian food—for Atlanta’s intown inhabitants (and not a few from outside the locale who remember what special place it is). And don’t think just because they’ve been around for many years they don’t still offer new exciting Italian dishes regularly. I had a Malfadine Al Nero dish that was superb! We are so fortunate to have this restaurant in Virginia Highlands!! (And I’m going back next Monday to try another dish!)More infoLa Tavola TrattoriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Virginia Highland•4.8
