- CClint LWinnipeg / Manitoba •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFrom the moment we walked up to the building we knew we were going to love it . Absolutely gorgeous architecture from the restored pumphouse . Keeping it's character and refining it into a fine dining restaurant was a perfect touch . The ambience was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was great .More infoJames Avenue PumphousePrice: Moderate• International• Winnipeg•4.6
- CChrisWinnipeg / Manitoba •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe chose the early sitting of 5:30 knowing most people would still be commuting home from work before heading out for dinner. It was a good plan because we had the opportunity to experience a calm and intimate meal. Walking to the building from the car was so lovely because the Christmas lights were on and snow was gently falling. Gorgeous. The staff were so kind and attentive but not intrusive. And the food! Wow! My wife had the half rack of lamb and it was so tender she didn’t even need the knife. I had the prime rib and it was probably the best in the city. It was a lovely and relaxing evening and a perfect way to start the weekend off.More infoThe Gates on RoblinPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Headingley•4.7

I had eaten Georgian while living in nearby Sochi and knew how good and unique it could be. All my group would like to return. Everything was outstanding, but pick your spots on internet in advance. Our waitress was outstanding, but was serving an entire room by herself. Shashlik was very good, as was everything else. Don’t bother with Caucasus wines; too sweet. Beer served was magnificent; Belgians can’t be beat. On the whole, I would love to eat there again, but live 1,600 miles away. Next time I’m in the frigid north, you can bet that I will be there with compadres.More infoSaperaviPrice: Moderate• Georgian• Little Italy/Corydon Village•4.5
