- KKarenVIPPhiladelphia County •11 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a fabulous, authentic, island time meal & drinks. Our party of five adults chose to order all of the starters for our dinner and they were delicious. Group favorites- the fritters, caramelized plantains, spicy shrimp, fried chicken. We appreciated that the staff was friendly and we weren’t rushed through our meal. The rum balls were a perfect ending to the meal. Try the rum flight and the El Presidente for beverages.More infoThe RefineryPrice: Expensive• Caribbean• St. John•4.1
- RRogerVIPCaribbean •19 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOutstanding, perfectly prepared cuisine in a lovely seaside setting! Service was excellent. The waitress was very nice and upbeat. Throughout the meal, she was very attentive without being overbearing. The wine she recommended was wonderful. The tuna was very fresh and delicious. The octopus was tender and the sauce was terrific. The paella was even better than last year. For dessert, we shared the flourless chocolate cake which was a wonderful way to end a spectacular meal.More infoLa TapaPrice: Very Expensive• International• St. John•4.7

The seafood risotto was amazing, the staff was so welcoming and made it feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant when it was busy! And to top it off one of our servers even preformed a song for our anniversary and let me tell you that man could SING!!! Definitely put this place down as a must go!More infoThe EasterlyPrice: Expensive• International• St Thomas•4.6

Hands down, this was the best restaurant we ate at during our entire stay on St. Thomas, and we ate at quite a few top spots! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place was something special, and it didn’t disappoint in any way. Service: The staff here are incredible. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service throughout the meal, they made us feel like VIPs. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear that they take pride in providing an unforgettable dining experience, and it really shows. Food: Now, let's talk about the food—WOW! Every dish we tried was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The seafood was some of the best we’ve ever had, and you can tell everything is locally sourced and made with love. We highly recommend the [insert specific dish here], which was an absolute showstopper. Each course was better than the last, and we left completely satisfied but also eager to return to try more. Drinks: The cocktail list is incredible! They’ve got a perfect selection of creative island-inspired drinks and a well-curated wine list. Every drink was expertly crafted and paired wonderfully with the food. Overall Experience: From the stunning setting to the top-notch service and mouthwatering food, this restaurant truly stands out as the best on St. Thomas. It’s a place where you can unwind, savor amazing dishes, and feel completely pampered. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. It’s an experience we’ll be talking about long after we’ve left the island. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️More infoCutlass & CanePrice: Very Expensive• Caribbean• St Thomas•4.6
