I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carve American Grille in Austin, Texas, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The highlight of the meal was absolutely the scallop pasta—an exceptional dish that truly stood out. The scallops were perfectly seared, tender, and paired beautifully with a rich, flavorful pasta that was cooked to perfection. The balance of flavors, along with a touch of freshness from the herbs and vegetables, made each bite a delightful experience. What truly made our evening special, however, was the outstanding service. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, especially making the birthday guest feel like royalty. She was attentive, warm, and thoughtful, ensuring that the celebration went smoothly and that every need was met with a smile. From the personalized touches to her impeccable attention to detail, her service elevated the entire dining experience. All three of us loved our meals, and our server was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the shrimp toast. It was the highlight of our meal.

Unusually underrated. This place is quite the find. We popped in on a Fridau evening before the symphony and enjoyed some of their greatest hits. The pancake was fiercely delicate and a perfect starter for the savory dishes. Our table split the short ribs, the wagyu flank and the fried bird. The last two are MUST ORDER material. Flawless service, considered environment and a serious culinary attitude. Be an Underdog. Get your butt here!!
