Great dining experience. The food was amazing and the staff were exceptional.

The food and ambience were very good, the waitress very friendly. However we had to wait quite long for our food and afterwards for the bill. Overall we spent 1h 45min there for starters + main course.

Our family of five came for Easter. It was a set menu of three courses with a choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian main course. They accommodated our gluten-free request for one of the meals. The food was exquisite, both in taste and presentation. The portions were just right. The service was outstanding, and ambience delightful. The staff was friendly, personable, and professional. What a gorgeous setting in the forest—a tastefully and elegantly decorated dining hall and lovely gardens. If I had to name a small flaw, it would be that the soup was a little too hot. But that was insignificant! It was delicious, as was everything else. We will be back again the next time we visit Wiesbaden.
