We missed out on an item that we ordered, and service was slightly slow at the start, but the server was so personable and kind so we didn't mind. They sent us an incredible salad to compensate for the lag in service and we felt we'd had the perfect amount of food. There is a varied menu and the food is prepared with care and it is delicious. The wait staff members are very knowledgeable about the menu and they are pleasant and helpful. Grateful for the dessert but It would have been nice to sing a little Happy Birthday or make it a little special for her since it was a milestone birthday. When I asked about things on the menu the server seemed bothered that I asked...we never been here so I was asking what he suggests. Maybe he had something on his mind but they AUTOMATICALLY ADD 18% gratuity to your bill so I assume that's why he really didn't care. I tipped in addition to that added gratuity but the service on this 1st experience was not warm or welcoming. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was amazing that I would give 5 stars the drinks during happy hour were also very tasty we will be back...and hopefully we will experience better service.
