As was the succulent turkey with all of the trimmings, vegetables and gravy. The serving staff were friendly and helpful and the food was top class. The rooms were nicely decorated with muted colours for Christmas (nothing garish.) We all had seafood starters from the specials board, except for my son who had mozzarella sticks. I'd have liked a little more seafood (but I'm greedy!). Very nice. The chicken burger was a little dry but otherwise very much enjoyed by my son. My wife and I had the Special Pig's Cheeks and Black pudding.
