We had an absolutely delicious Sunday lunch. We cannot rate The Duke highly enough and will continue to visit as often as we can. Brandon, Matteo and their wonderful staff are always so welcoming. It is a true pleasure to visit them knowing we will be well looked after and will enjoy the very best food.

Lovely pub and very attentive staff. Sunday lunch was good, but not quite the excellent we had hoped for. Belly of pork was meant to come with crackling but instead had a thing placed on top that was like a large, overcooked pork scratching, and the gravy was a bit lacking in flavour, but I’m probably being a bit picky as we’d definitely go back again as overall experience was great!!

Lovely experience at the pub. Cath was amazing and super super friendly. Only complaint would be to have the fire/heating on as it was a little chilly

The food is exceptional, with a great variety of local produce and fish dishes. The selection of beers and wine is also a mix of local and worldly. We were there on a Saturday lunch time and despite there being a few large tables the service was great and the food arrived in good time.
