Best Fusion Restaurants in Indio

We loved everything about our evening at 533 Viet Fusion, we got in five minutes before our reservation was even scheduled and seated immediately. Waiter came to the table in a very timely fashion. There was water on our table immediately we were asked if we wanted to order drinks and the drinks came very quickly, at which time we were asked if we were ready to order or if we had any questions about the menu we had no questions and we’re all pretty much ready to order which we did. Food came in a very timely fashion and perfectly prepared the waiter check the several times to see how we were doing if we needed anything more drinks and was very attentive. Everyone was very nice and checking to see if we were happy with our meals or service. Everything we will be back, we love the place!

Beautiful restaurant, wonderful food. If you go at brunch, try the pastrami hash. Incredible. Cameron, who manages it, is so lovely and warm. This is a yet-to-be-discovered gem.

My husband and granddaughter and I ate on the patio and it was lovely! We each had appetizers and entrees and we loved everything! I had the veggie dumplings, the others had the deviled eggs and the cucumber appetizer and they all tasted as good as they looked. I had the nonna pizza and it was delicious with plenty to share. My husband loved the butternut squash ravioli and my granddaughter ate every bite of the farmhouse salad. We WILL be back!

Such a pleasant surprise! Service and staff were polite and professional, very accommodating and lovely. Food was delicious and we shared everything and they took the time to serve on our own individual plates. Roasted beet and arugula salad, chicken piccata and the perfect blue cheese stuffed olive martini. We went there for the view, we'll be back for that and everything else next time.

Had lunch at Pom today and the food was delicious. Service was excellent and timely.
