Beef Wellington is superb, I’m mentioning this because I’ve had it at various restaurants, including Gordon Ramsey’s and it has been the best at Tardif’s. I can’t say thank you enough to the fantastic wait staff and wonderful chef (sous chef, etc). The experience was a joy from the very start until our departure. We enjoyed ourselves and relished every bite. If we had time to return and further explore the menu we would! Thank you, thank you for your kindness and care.
