Toulouse Café and Bar recalls a Fin de Siecle Parisian Café where you are likely to bump into friends and find yourself in conversations with neighboring tables. At first glance you will notice the bustling activity that characterizes Toulouse: wait staff with wine openers and hot plates of food, people chatting and laughing, the clink of wine glasses… the atmosphere is sophisticated and good moods are contagious. We combine just the right touch of live music amongst a dining setting Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. In the tradition of all fine bistros, Toulouse has imaginative and seasonal menus that provide exactly what its patrons long for: cozy tables open to the street, mouth-watering specialties a la Française, delicious desserts made from scratch and an extensive wine list. Enjoy the tastes of France with our exciting yet comforting dishes such as our famous quiches, an expertly cooked horseradish sea bass or the best mussels in the city.

Exceptional service, and the food was beyond the highest standards available. The veal was superb. Escargot aromatic. The wine list was excellent and comprehensive. Our server spoke perfect French and English and probably another language too. Host was cordial and checked on us twice. We will be back. Delicious food and exceptional service.

We regularly eat out on Christmas and so many restaurants don’t do it well. When I have a reservation I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for a table. Toulouse did it well. Our party of four was seated in less than 10 minutes. The service was great and the food was good too. We had the lobster risotto, the croque madam, the cordon bleu, and the lobster role and all were good. Also started with the charcuterie board. Recommend all!

We were recently turned on to Monaco by some friends and after our first time, we knew were coming back! The food is SO tasty, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is nice and not super noisy, so it is easy to talk. The calabrian shrimp pasta and the bucatini are both excellent. The Caesar salad and wedge salad are good. The beignets and apple tart are super tasty desserts. We know our friends loved the chicken milanese and salmon dishes. The staff also works hard to help pair wines. So, this place is "money." We will be back!
