We especially enjoy eating out on the patio, but we also enjoy the sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance inside. One of our favorite restaurants in Alexandria.More infoBastillePrice: Expensive• French• Alexandria•4.7

The tea was really good you can have as much as you want so pace yourself. The full tea service was good we had good sandwiches and pastry and dessert selections. I liked the location near the Potomac river. The service was excellent too we had a really good time.More infoLady CamelliaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Alexandria•4.7
- EEdwardWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFew places exceed expectations set for a newer restaurant but this was my experience on my first dinner at La Grande Boucherie. Filled to capacity for Thanksgiving, the service didn't suffer, the wine list well matched to the menu, and the food was perfectly prepared. The steak melts in your mouth, the French onion soup better than Paris, and oysters fresh, plump, and perfectly chilled. Outstanding. But nothing prepares you for the breathtaking ambiance! The sweeping staircase, magnificent Beaux Arts interior- you might think you're in Paris!More infoLa Grande Boucherie - DCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Washington•4.5
- JJanetWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoJosephine's is becoming one of our favorite spots in Old Town Alexandria. Great service. We usually sit at the bar and the bartenders are the best. The restaurant itself is gorgeous with plenty of quiet spots for conversation. Food is great. The menu is small, which means the food will be better quality. We went for Thanksgiving and could get the traditional meal or go with our favorites.More infoJosephine - Old TownPrice: Expensive• French• Alexandria•4.7
