Best French Restaurants in Calabasas

Our waiter Matthew was wonderful. He was extremely attentive & service was great. The food was very good & portions were generous.

Cannot say enough about this FABULOUS Restaurant......DELICIOUS FOOD, WONDERFUL SERVICE, AND LOVELY AMBIANCE ! Always enjoy perusing the extensive menu, this visit choosing the Steak Au Poivre, which was absolutely DELICIOUS, and so beautifully presented. Our Waiter Matthew goes out of his way to provide OUTSTANDING service, as does the whole wait staff. And, talk about CHARMING atmosphere, Cafe Bizou cannot be beat. No wonder this GREAT Dinner House has such a faithful following. Highly recommend !

Our dinner at Le Deux Bistro was exceptional. The service was spot on, and the bistro food was very reflective of a Parisienne bistro. It is refreshing to have such a little gem in suburban Woodland Hills. The wine list had a nice assortment of French and California wines. It was not a big list, but enough to have fun. The stemware was also appropriate if you wanted to bring your own quality bottle of Burgundy or Bordeaux in. The olives, the mussels, the baguette, and the beef Bourgogne all hit the spot. My only suggestion would be to add more French motif decorations, or a large bouquet of flowers in the center of the dining room to add more ambiance. Will absolutely be back again!

It was my mother’s birthday. Normally, we’d like to sit outside to enjoy the view, but since it was too cold we remained indoors. Despite that, we received great seats and saw a nice sunset. We were also impressed with the Autumn menu with dishes we haven’t seen before. Overall, it was a treat. We’ll return soon.
