Here, every dish is a masterpiece, from the mouth-watering Dover Sole to the tender rabbit, praised by patrons as "perfectly cooked and extremely tender." The Spring Mill Café has been serving French country fare since 1978. We're a BYO that serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The historic property features the original Spring Mill general store, and the picturesque converted farmhouse. When the weather is nice, guests are invited to dine outdoors adjacent the gardens, either on the patio or on one of the porches.

We always enjoy Nectar. The food is consistently great and the service always excellent. The best Asian FUSIAN restaurant in the Maine Line.

I always have a great experience at PARC, but my Christmas night dinner was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome I received at check in, my wonderful server, Miss Amy’s attentive and fun service, and my delicious meal, this particular visit is one I’ll happily remember. Also, a special thank you for always treating solo diners with respect! It’s for all these reasons I’m a loyal + faithful PARC diner. Looking forward to my next visit!

This was our first time dining here. The food was excellent, though somewhat expensive. Parking can be difficult, as with other restaurants in Ambler. The seating could have been more comfortable, and the service was average.

It just keeps getting better! The Bastilla appetizer is a huge and gorgeous round of filo dough filled with a chicken/egg/almond mix spiced pefectly with cinnamon & turmeric. It comes on a bed of Israeli (large pearl) couscous with dried fruit and harissa, and it could have been my main course if I hadn't also been craving the cassoulet. My wife had the roasted beets first (outstanding!). Her main course (halibut) was "the best piece of fish I've ever had" - meaty but light and moist, and quite generous. Equal attention to guests and details are routine for the staff, so it was just another perfect Saturday night out.
