Birch is a gastronomical delight! An over all exceptional experience in tasting perfection, from one bite to another. With the only exception being that each course needed an encore bite, as each was so amazing that you were left wanting more. Our party cannot wait to return for another culinary delight once again, at Birch. We appreciated every moment of this experience with the entire staff giving us guidance and commentary about our selections and experiences. We had such a lovely dinner. Everything was outstanding. The service, food and atmosphere. So welcoming. Went on Wednesday night when bottles of wine are 50% off what a value. Large selection of quality wines. We had the the special…bone in New York strip absolutely delicious. Made to Perfection and the perfect temperatures we requested. Server recommended a lovely wine and that complemented the steaks. Plan to return many times.

We did the 5 course tasting. The amount of food was perfect. Each course was creative and delightfully tasty the wine pairing was also excellent The timing of the courses was also perfect

We sat next to a larger party that was pretty loud. It was at times harder for us to hear each other. Otherwise, the food and service were fantastic as always.
