- SSiamackvipNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA fantastic experience at an exceptional restaurant. The service was excellent and our server even did our cocktails. I just wish we had the time to do the “bouquet of wildflowers”, which is the restaurant’s way of doing a tasting menu. The food was delicious , and the portions weren’t tiny either.More infoWildflower - DenverPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Highlands•4.8

- LLeigh AnnevipDenver / Colorado •95 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI hadn't been to Barolo Grill in 20+ years. My first and only time there prior to this was not a good experience. We were in the room farthest away from the main dining room, and it was as if we were invisible to our server. Our dinner took forever because he rarely came to the table. My experience this past Saturday was far from that. We had an amazing server. The food was fantastic, but service can make or break a meal, like it had done in the past. This server was amazing. We were, however, a little shocked when we each purchased a $17 cocktail, and the small glass wasn't even half full. There was a huge ice cube in the middle of the glass which helped push the level of liquid up to barely half full. You have to be prepared that Barolo isn't cheap. This place was packed with a vibrant crowd. It's like people kept pouring through the door. I love to see this and am very happy that a restaurant of this caliber can stay in business 30+ years. What a feat!More infoBarolo GrillPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Cherry Creek•4.8
- KKimDenver / Colorado •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe ate here about a month ago and weren't impressed. But, to their credit they invited us back to try again, and things were much improved. The food was excellent and service pleasant. Our only comment is that sitting at the table just inside the door was chilly with the door opening every time someone came or went, plus a bit disruptive with customers being greeted there. But, compared to our first experience, we were delighted this time and will definitely keep this restaurant in mind for future occasions!More infoBramble & HarePrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Boulder•4.6
- SSallyvipDenver / Colorado •19 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 20, 2024Our ramales-making cooking group of 6 really enjoyed our reunion at Sunday brunch at El Jefe. We excited with the heat of the guacamole, and the new-to-us Xni Pec salsa. The dishes we ordered were colorful and satisfying with authentic succulent carnitas, outstanding potatoes, delicious hue is rancheros. The service was great—just the right amount of attention. We love the decor and the Sunnyside neighborhood. We’re already talking about when we can return to try the dinner menu with its great variety!More infoEl JefePrice: Moderate• Mexican• Highlands•4.7
