Server (Karli) was outstanding. Her depth of knowledge about menu items including cocktails was impressive. She was attentive without being intrusive and paced the meal perfectly. Despite every table in the room being occupied, the noise level was negligible. Their version of apple pie, which looks like a large red delicious apple (complete with edible chocolate stem), was an amazing preparation. Wildflower remains our go-to place for special dining.More infoWildflower - DenverPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Highlands•4.8

I was fascinated watching the actual hotel guests walk in and out. It was a hotel filled with interesting people. We had appetizers and drinks below at Pasque and then went to the other restaurant, Stellar Jay on the roof and continued our dinner. The food in both places was excellent, the wood smoked quality that many restaurants boast about in Denver was better actualizad at these two restaurants and gave the restaurants a welcoming sweet Smokey smell. I even loved the staff uniforms.More infoPasquePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Denver•4.5

The service was impeccable, the food was not only delicious but presented and served in a creative and beautiful manner. Our server Indiana was a perfect combination of attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The support staff was also excellent. The dishes were so tasty - especially the wagyu steak frites, the side of mushrooms and the very fun chocolate sphere dessert. The restaurant was bustling but it never was too loud to hold conversation. This will be a dining experience we will recall for a very long time!More infoSummit - The BroadmoorPrice: Very Expensive• Global, International• Colorado Springs•4.6
