Our server was so knowledgeable about everything and very very helpful. I ended up trying everyone's dish. We had the duck two ways which was excellent, the trout which was really something special, and the chicken saltimbocca which was so tasty. We were never rushed, the deserts were delightful and the musician (a singer/guitarist) sang happy birthday to my Mum. They even called a cab for us at the end of the meal. Highly recommended.More infoAG Inspired CuisinePrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Niagara Falls•4.8

- MMurrayToronto / Ontario •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoGreat dining experience! We started off with the tartine (excellent), followed by the squid (lightly breaded, tender, delicious) and the veal sweatbreads (very good, a little heavy on the breading for my taste). Next up: the mushrooms and polenta (great) and, finally, the spinach with beef tongue (great dish!). Dessert was the poached pear (poached to perfection). The service was excellent, the noise-level, on the other hand, a little high. The bill came to close to $100 per person (only one glass of wine between the two of us), which is what you have to expect to pay for this sort of quality nowadays.More infoFat RabbitPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• St. Catharines•4.7

My wife and I have been trying to get reservations for years and finally we were successful on the evening of our 35th Anniversary. From the Hostess to the servers Adam, Godwin and the AGM Johann, everyone were super attentive and provided great input about the menu options chosen. The Steak Tarta & French onion Soup, both developed tastefully with the perfect combination of herbs & spices and creatively presented. The Brome Lake Duck and poached pear a perfect combination of sweet and acid complementing the tender meat of the pine- glazed Duck. The Lamb Rack, tender and tastefully matched with the white port jus and charred broccoli, made for a mouth watering pallet. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and ended it with a rich cappuccino and Black Forest gâteau which we romantically shared and now look forward to our next visit, hopefully soon.More infoCanoe Restaurant and BarPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Financial District•4.5
