- LLoisWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was our second visit to The Dabney and it was just as good as the first time. The food is amazing, beautiful and delicious beyond belief. The staff is so attentive in a good way and explains each course (we did the tasting menu). We sat by the kitchen and it was great to watch the fire, the cooking, the careful prep of each plate and the camaraderie between kitchen and serving staff. It’s expensive and we can’t do this often, but it was worth the splurge.More infoThe DabneyPrice: Very Expensive• American• Shaw•4.8

- OTOpenTable DinerKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined on Mar 5, 2025We were drawn into the restaurant by the window sign offering “authentic Sicilian cannoli“ beside the plate of empty pastry tubes, confirming the sign to be accurate. (Pre-filled cannoli tubes get soggy) The furnishings are simple, even utilitarian. However, the food is excellent in preparation and presentation and the service was equal to it. We knew we had found authentic Italian cuisine when we noticed the party at the table beside us were speaking Italian. This restaurant is a remarkable value given its location.
