- JJohnVIPNew York City •51 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe enjoyed our Valentines Day dinner very much. Starting with the lobster bisque for both of us, then my wife had her favorite the chicken vol-au-vent and I had the special moules frites with a whiite wine / blue cheese sauce (which I liked al lot! and hope they add it to the full time menu). Best of all: their selection of Belgian beers was excellent. I had Westmalle Triple which is difficult to find in NYC. All in all it was a great meal :-)More infoB. - MMelodyNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a fantastic Thursdate Galentine’s day dinner! I was thrilled to learn they offer vegan options for everything now, so half our table did vegan and the other half did meat. The rose petals and candle was a nice touch and part of the reason we chose this restaurant (plus the vegan options we learned about after calling). Our server was Lexi and she was amazing! She was very professional, answered all of our questions, brought our food out fast and took pics, plus even surprised us with a Happy galentines day decorated dessert plate and was super nice! The only other thing I will say is that I think it would be helpful if they added all of the vegan items to the printed and online menu (including vegan cheese and chocolate, or have a separate menu) as it wasn’t obvious at first. We were a little bummed there were no vegan brownies, graham crackers, or cookies (like you get with the non vegan dessert) for the fondue dessert, but maybe one day they’ll upgrade the vegan fruit dippers.More infoThe Melting Pot - White PlainsPrice: Expensive• Fondue• White Plains•4.5

- FFifiNew York State •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 7, 2025I had the pleasure of dining at this charming restaurant, and it truly impressed in every aspect. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and elegant, setting the tone for what turned out to be a delightful meal. We started with the calamari and bruschetta, both of which were fresh and flavorful. The calamari was perfectly crispy, while the bruschetta had a nice balance of tangy tomatoes and aromatic basil. For the main course, we enjoyed a variety of dishes: the branzino was beautifully cooked, flaky and tender, while the carbonara was rich and comforting with just the right amount of creaminess. The steak was perfectly seasoned, and the oxtail pasta was an unexpected highlight—rich, hearty, and full of flavor. The wine pairing was excellent and complemented the meal beautifully. To end the evening on a sweet note, we indulged in tiramisu, which was the perfect conclusion to an already memorable meal. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a combination of great food, excellent service, and a wonderful ambiance.More infoAllegria Ristorante - West HarrisonPrice: Moderate• Italian• West Harrison•4.1
