Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. We booked for 1215 and arrived early. Order wasn't taken until after others who had been seated later. Despite the early hour several of the menu items were not available, some of which were our first choice. We were warned of a delay for service, and the food was delivered to the table after 30mins. However, when the food came it was excellent.

We visited with good friends, the atmosphere was perfect for us to be able to have a good catch up. The food was delicious, we had the Sunday Roast. Drinks were good and we will definitely return.
