Best Eastern European Restaurants in Kensal Rise

Traveling solo I wanted a tasty Christmas dinner in a casual cozy restaurant. Bennie’s delivered on all fronts. The small restaurant was busy but not overly packed. I truly appreciate the staff who came into work on Christmas Day evening and provide a delicious meal and friendly service to their diners. I chose the 3 course dinner and asked to substitute sparking water for the champagne which they did with no fuss. The Chicken Pate was served with a wonderful fresh bread. It was savory and the raspberries provided just the right touch of tart and sweet. The Duck Breast was flavorful and the cranberry sauce again provided a nice touch to cut through the richness of the meat. Rounding out the meal I chose the Chocolate Mousse which was delicious. I’ll definitely return next time I’m staying in the area.

What an absolute jewel! Probably my most favourite restaurant in London if not the world. Everything is done right. If there could be some way of mitigating the sound in the main room I would never want to leave

Nice discovery of Slavic Cuisine and BELUGA Vodka. My first time to eat Esturgeon Fish, that I liked very much.

Second time here (came when it first opened) - and we all had a very good meal and service. The chicken pie as a starter was lovely as was my chicken Kiev and other dishes the others had. The Odessa Red had great flavour and at a good price. We all decided we would return soon. Recommend
