- FFoodlovrrNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLast time I went there was years ago. The head waiter remembered me. He was extremely attentive to every table. He should get the best head waiter award of the year in NYC. His dedication to his profession is truly special. Food was delicious before but now it became bombastic great . Real Russian tea w real cherry jam is served as it should be but other places do not bother to do. I could just keep eating so much food there! Wine selection became more of my taste also. They have Cremant and St. Emilion. ( not vodka drinker. So I can’t say anything about it . But just observing others drinking, vodka must be good ) Music was lively and so much fun. Some people and I were actually dancing. Ambience is very romantic and cute w red lamp like old White Russian emigrants era in 1920’s or something. Very interesting artwork on wall. ( next time I shall take break from eating and observe them carefully) I made myself note that whenever I go to theaters I should always eat there.More infoRussian Samovar & Tolstoy's LoungePrice: Expensive• Russian• Theater District•4.6

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally attentive and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. The food was outstanding each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The Borsch for me was a highlight, and the wine selection complemented our meal perfectly. Service was prompt but never rushed, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a celebration spot, or just a great meal, Mary Anna delivers on all fronts. I’ll definitely be back! Would highly recommend!More infoMari VannaPrice: Very Expensive• Eastern European• Gramercy Park•4.7
- AAshley AnnNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoCheeseboat is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. I came here for my birthday and my group ordered the imeruli, the prosciutto cheeseboat, the steak and mushroom cheeseboat, and the Shkmeruli chicken boat, all of which were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. We also ordered cocktails which were very nice, the Motherflower being our unanimous favorite. We also had the white wine sampler, which was a very nice introduction to Georgian wines, and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the wines they had. When we first ordered our drinks, they took a while to arrive but after that the service was at a more regular speed. We were seated at the back in a small alcove with a beautiful mural on the wall. Since it was my birthday, I received a (surprise!) complementary Napoleon which was large enough to share with my group. Overall, I highly recommend Cheeseboat and would absolutely returnMore infoCheeseboat - Hell's KitchenPrice: Expensive• Georgian• Hell's Kitchen•4.8
