It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Santa Fe. I go there frequently and I always eat really good. This time was a little noisy though.

The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the hand rolls. Each one was a perfect harmony of fresh ingredients, beautifully crafted with a balance of flavors and textures that delighted my palate. The restaurant offers an impressive variety of rolls, and it was clear that each was made with meticulous care and high-quality ingredients.
