Everything was fluffy and melt-in-your mouth, including the beef. One disappointment: the domestic wine pairing choice was too much on a sour side for many, not really up to the food. The non-alcoholic pairing was quite creative and allowed discovery of some quite interesting aternatives. A few not good notes: when we came into the restaurant 10 minutes early we were told to wait at the bar before being seated while others were shown in? This was aggravating. I'm also not enthused about being charged in full at the time of reservation a few weeks prior which is somewhat obnoxious.More infobōmPrice: Very Expensive• Korean• Flatiron District•4.8

I like to put quite a bit of sesame oil in my food and they are always accommodating. Get there a bit early as Han Bat and especially the place next door gets crowded. Atmosphere is down to earth, not fancy but clean and friendly service. It’s also nice that you can have a conversation very comfortably.More infoHan Bat Korean RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Korean• NoMad•4.6
