Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in New Jersey

Trama, once again did not disappoint! Excellent food, service, cocktails and ambience. Brought my family there all eight adults were happy and they gave us a round table which was great! I have traveled the world, ate everywhere and was super happy about Trama and how they took care of the most important people in my life! Thank you!

Incredible experience as always! We had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Adam, who went above and beyond to make sure we were set for a great night. He really set the tone and was wonderful in answering any questions and ensuring we were happy as the night continued. We started with the oysters and caviar which blew us out of the water! I had the pork chop and he had a filet - both outstanding dishes and complimented by the mashed potato’s and sweet potato casserole! Every dish was incredible, the restaurant was set up beautifully as always and the atmosphere was fantastic. We live right around the corner and can’t wait to be back!!

Excellent food; shrimp, lobster risotto, A Salute salad! Entrees were delicious ( ravioli, ragu, salmon, rigatoni with shrimp,) Wonderful experience!

The food was extraordinary. The service was fantastic. The owner walked around, checking on every single table. I was truly impressed. I have a new favorite restaurant.
