Best Contemporary Canadian Restaurants in Rockwood

This place is gorgeous, and it has quickly become one of my favourite places to eat (when I can afford it, haha). Our server, Ian, was fantastic! He had an amazing vibe from the beginning, very personable, and he was so attentive! Never had an empty water glass, and when I dropped my knife, he had a clean one in my hand within seconds without me having to say a thing. Can’t say enough nice things about that man. Definitely elevated my experience. And of course, the food is next level. Every bite has layers of flavours in it. It’s like magic. Can’t even pick a favourite part of my meal, everything was so good. Can’t wait to come back :) .

My family had a lovely lunch at the Mill. We were seated in a secluded spot just off the main lounge. The service was excellent, our meals were delicious and the ambiance was perfect.

Fantastic experience once again at the Ancaster Mill for brunch. Incredible variety of food. Ambience is beautiful year round, service was very good. A tad pricey, but a great place to go on special occasions, especially at christmas time.

We've been to the Elora Mill previously and have always come away with a positive experience, this time was no different. We invited my sister and her husband to join us for Christmas lunch, and as we had experienced on other visits the gate house attendant, dining room staff, food and of course the views outstanding. Heidi our server was very attentive and helpful. My wife and I ordered the Christmas Day turkey meal,it was well presented and the food delicious. My sister wanted only the turkey but with different sides while my brother in law ordered from the menu, Heidi was very patient and helpful with both of them. Truly a five star experience

Service and food/drink start to finish was amazing! There was a mix up in my order and it was quickly resolved, no troubles! I really appreciate their friendliness, chatter, efficient work. Tables can be small for ordering big things, can get crowded! But love the look and feel of the space. It’s busy and feels close to others, but we were able to still really enjoy our time, food and conversations.
