- WWandaSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoDining at Ruby’s & Roses was phenomenal! We, a party of two sat outside between two heaters, and it was pleasantly beautiful. The food, drinks, and service was excellent! The French 75 Lavender and Cosmopolitan beverages were some of the best, not to mention the Brussel Sprouts! Ok, you get it by now—everything was good, I will be back soon!More infoRubys & Roses RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Pleasanton•4.5
- MMarkvipSan Francisco Bay Area •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAlways delicious as usual. This time we tried the chicken millenese and it was delicious along with the blackened catfish and several sides. DJ was playing good music. The bartenders and wait staff are always great, very helpful and very friendly. Would recommend anyone that wants to be out for a nice night on the town and dinner to go to Mua.More infoMUAPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Oakland•4.4
- JJenniferSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe are so lucky to have this place as our neighborhood go-to!! The food is always outstanding, and the service is impeccable, with an attentive style that remains down-to-earth and low-key in the best way. Creative and innovative cocktails are served by approachable staff in a hip yet comfortable atmosphere. During our most recent visit, we shared the Oakland Ceasar, which included flavorful, bright cherry tomatoes and lettuce perfectly dressed with avocado Caesar dressing. We split two entrees, one being the duck breast, pomegranate-cabbage salad, and sweet potato puree in a rich and well-balanced sauce. The serving size was large but such that we didn't feel overstuffed. The other entree we shared was the chard-wrapped whitefish (grouper?) and brussell spouts in another delicious sauce, which was also exceptional. They offer a number of small plates that looked delicious and we're looking forward to trying those when we return. Couches, bar seats, and high tops are available for reservation beyond dining tables. Such an inviting place that's easy to love. I bring all of my out of town visitiors to this favorite neighborhood gem :)More infoBardo Lounge & Supper ClubPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Oakland•4.8
- RRickSan Francisco Bay Area •13 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 30, 2024Cute place with a great vegan menu. The roared mushroom salad was outstanding. The tofu scramble wasn’t as satisfying: the turmeric made it somewhat bitter while the tofu wasn’t otherwise very flavorful. Service was very warm and friendly, although the one poor server was handling the entire restaurant on her own! Prices are high but quality is promising. Will visit again.More infoBlossom and Root KitchenPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Danville•4.8
