Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Aurora

We had one of the best fine dining experiences at Pier W. My husband is on a very restrictive diet and I eat extremely clean. Our server, Samantha, was absolutely outstanding!!! Once we told her about our dietary needs/wishes, she immediately suggested we customize our dishes. We did and the chef did an awesome job! Samantha is as pleasant as she is knowledgeable. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone we came in contact with seemed happy to be there! Thank you for the experience!!! Can’t wait to return!

The 17 Rver Grille is one of our favorite restaurants. I made reservations through open table app and requested a table by the windows, which was honored. The service was wonderful as well as the food. We reserve this place for special occasions, as it is a bit pricey.

Shared the filet/ lobster special and we enjoyed it along with the all day Sunday happy hour. Our server, Gabrielle, always does a great job.

Very good first experience. Sea food tower was a bang for your buck, oysters were top notch and serving size was big. Even the ahi tuna amount was wild. Seared scallop dish was delicious, scallops big, juicy and flavorful. Will be coming back. Service was great as well drinks never ran low before being asked if we needed another.

We had a larger party due to a birthday and had a great time! Wine and cocktails were good and food was mostly fabulous. My husband didn’t like his burger since it was too rare but we also recommended he tell the server and send it back, The duck with risotto was amazing, tuna very good and all apps and salads were great. We really loved the salads, both the beet and Caesar were flavorful and exceeded expectations!
