The pull-apart bread was a comforting hit—soft, buttery, and perfect for sharing. The beef tartare was top-notch, with just the right balance of richness and seasoning, while the shrimp toasties brought a creative twist with their crispy texture and bold flavors. For mains, we went with the beef strip loin and fried chicken. The strip loin was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, paired with thoughtful sides that complemented every bite. But the fried chicken? Absolute star of the show. Crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, it’s a dish that keeps you coming back for more. The ambiance at Model Milk strikes a great balance between upscale and relaxed, making it ideal for celebrating or just catching up. Pair that with attentive service, and it’s a must-visit in Calgary. Highly recommend!
