Starting with the entrance hall elegantly decorated with beautiful pink flowers, to the "waterfall" staircase, to the the amazing view of Philadelphia at night right in front of our table -- the atmosphere is designed to make you feel good from the moment you enter the restaurant. Then the food and service take it to another level. The service is the rare combination of friendly and professional. And the food is excellent. I started with the crab dumplings -- soft and tasty. And then had the lamb chops -- perfectly cooked and seasoned. Melted im my mouth. The waiter recommended a glass of white with with the crab and a red with the lamb -- both of which paired excellently with the food. Overall a great experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit!More infoJean-Georges PhiladelphiaPrice: Moderate• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Center City•4.7

Jesse (our bartender) made our drinks perfectly. We were seated roughly 30 minutes after our reservation time. The food itself was excellent. Everything was delicious and balanced. I would highly recommend the crab cake. I would definitely come back to dine at Loch Bar in the future. Overall, everything went well. The only thing is that it does get busy so be prepared to wait (well worth it).More infoLoch Bar - PhiladelphiaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Center City•4.5
